Hon. Glenn Norton

Born in Macon, Missouri, and raised southeast of Anabel. Educated at Westminster College (B.A. in English) and the University of Missouri at Columbia (J.D.). Married to Colleen Dolan, and they have four children.

Practiced law in New London. Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Ralls County. Elected Associate Circuit Judge for Ralls County 1994, re-elected 1998. He served as Chief Legal Counsel to Governor Bob Holden from January 2001 until May 2002.

Former member: Supreme Court Coordinating Commission, Judicial Branch Executive Council, Legislative Steering Committee, Editorial Board—Bench Book for Missouri Judges, and Supreme Court Judicial Education Committee. Past-President, Missouri Association of Probate and Associate Circuit Judges. Instructor on various topics within the judiciary, both in Missouri and other states. Faculty, The National Judicial College.
