After working in the public sector for fifteen years as an investigator, Judge Carlisle earned a degree from St. Louis University School of Law - Evening Division and an employment law certificate, which emphasized alternative dispute resolution skills.
She began her legal career as a criminal defense attorney and later became an Assistant Circuit Attorney.
For eight years she served as an associate administrative law judge/legal advisor for the Missouri Division of Workers’ Compensation in St. Louis. She was appointed as an administrative law judge in 2005 where she currently serves.
Judge Carlisle earned a Professional certificate in Judicial Development for Administrative Law Judges and a certificate in Dispute Resolution from the National Judicial College in Reno, Nevada. |
